Our Proven Process
Part of having a great job is loving where you work and who you work with. We are ALWAYS on the hunt to find great staff to add to our Love to Swim and Tumble School family! We want the best of the best! Our method for hiring is a five step process. To be considered for employment, all applicants are required to supply at least three non-family written character references to help our company accurately assess each applicant’s fit for our team. Time is important because applications cannot be processed until all reference letters are received. “A” team players want and deserve to work with other “A” team players. This proven process allows us to fill our schools with “A” team members that are ready to make a difference!
