Rollover BreathingRollover Breathing
We emphasize the rollover breathing because it preserves the
horizontal body position we want to reinforce, it is a building block
for the beginning of a fluid freestyle and it is safer for a tired swimmer to roll on
to their back for a breath, rather than “popping up” and taking the body
to a vertical position.
