  • Plan Ahead:Arrive early! Look up the location of your interview so you can know in advance where you need to go and how long it will take to get there.
  • Smile: We are looking for fun, energetic team members who don’t mind being a little silly. So smile, and get to know us!
  • Ask Questions: We love questions, so ask away! This is the time for you to ask anything you might want to know about the job, the locations or our company. Remember, you are also interviewing us to see if this is the right place for you.

Do you need any current certifications to apply and get hired?

No, we provide you with all the in-house training you need to be successful!

Do you require professional references?

We require at least three professional letters of reference. A professional reference is a recommendation from a person who can vouch for your qualifications for a job. A professional reference is typically a former employer, a supervisor, a teacher, a counselor, a mentor or someone else who can recommend you for employment. A family member is not an acceptable professional reference.

Do you hire High Schoolers?

Yes, we hire High School Junior and Seniors that are responsible, high energy and love serving others. Since we exist to serve children and their families, we require consistent availability that includes weekends. In order to be eligible to work weekdays, applicants must be available by 3:30pm.

Do you provide a flexible work schedule?

In order to best serve our families, our schedule only changes seasonally to provide the most consistency possible to our clients. Team members must request off and find substitutes for any missed shifts in advance. If they are unable to find coverage, they will be responsible for working their assigned shifts.

Do you hire seasonally?

We only hire seasonally in the Summer for our Summer Camp Program. We recommend all Summer applicants to apply by May 1st.
